Online payments are done either through my website, cash, or I can send a square invoice. Invoices must be paid within 24hours of invoice sent or animal will relisted.

My standard payment plan is 25% deposit, then 25% a week for 4 weeks. Deposit and payments are not refundable.

I ship using FedEx and only ship to additional FedEx hubs. Shipping is done Mon - Wed, and only when temperatures are between 50 and 85 degrees. I do use heat/cold packs, when needed, but animal safety is my number one focus. Animals need to be picked up from hub within an hour or two of arrival. If delays occur during shipping, I will keep you updated. You must in no way contact FedEx directly. I ship through a shipping company, and we have agreements with FedEx on policies to ensure animal safety.

I do everything in my power to ensure my animals are packed securely, and safely, taking any and all precautions. That being said, I guarantee all animals arrive alive, and healthy. Notification of animal safe arrival, or otherwise needs to be notified to me within an hour of you picking up your animal. Things I don't guarantee, Tails. I do everything I can to ensure animal safety, but animals like Crested Geckos have been known to drop tails for absolutely no reason. While tail dropping during shipping is rare, it can happen.
