We will offer full returns if animal is miss sexed. If animal is believed to be ill, confirmation of illness must take place withing 72 hours of sale for return to be given. We do not offer returns if customer has changed their mind after purchase or if death occurs not related to an illness.

We accept Cash App, Venmo, PayPal G/S, Zelle and cash. we do not accept checks or money orders. Payment must be made in full before receiving the animal.

If a payment plan is desired, a 20% non-refundable deposit for the animal/s must be made to place on hold. We will discuss either 30- or 60-day payment plans to best fit your needs. Once animal/s are paid in full we will either coordinate pickup or shipping of the animal/s.

If shipping is desired, we ship via FedEx Priority overnight to the local FedEx Hub. Shipping costs average from $50-$100 depending on location. We will guarantee live arrival to the FedEx Hub and animal must be picked up same day. If an animal is DOA, we require photos of the animal, box and packaging and notification of death within 2 hours of pick up. If a health issue is suspected, you must reach out within the 1st 48 hours.

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and free of disease and parasites. we do not guarantee temperament of our animals as travel and change in environment can affect their behavior.
