If you no longer want your gecko you can contact us about your situation. You can ship your gecko back to us to take over the care. This would not be a refund or purchase.

Payment methods include Venmo friends & family, Square Cash app or Cash

We do off payment plans. 50% upfront then once paid off we can ship or you can pick up.

Shipping is only available when temperatures allow at all destinations fort the safety of your animal. I ship to FedEx ship station priority overnight. Tracking information will be provided to prior to shipping. I can ship to homes as a last resort but live animal guarantee would be void.

We can do local pick ups at my house, somewhere in Trussville or at a show we are attending. If shipping and in the unlikely event your animal arrives (DOA) dead I will need to be contacted within 1 hour of pickup. I may ask for photographic evidence so please do not dispose of your animal. I will replace your animal (no cash refunds will be given) for a similar value gecko. I will work with you if this unfortunate event should ever happen.
