All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.

I accept most common forms of payment, including credit cards, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and SQUARE!

Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-60 days, depending on the value of the animal.

I ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer. If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 4 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.

I offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements on a case-by-case basis.
