All animals for sale come with a 100% Live Delivery Guarantee (LAG). This means that if you order via overnight delivery, your animal is guaranteed to arrive alive. This is guaranteed, there are no exceptions*. This means that we will also honour your purchase in the following cases: Carrier delays – LAGs are covered Package damage by courier – delays are covered Carrier errors – lost or missing package – LAGs are covered In the unfortunate event that your package is voided (DOA), you can make a claim by: Contact us via email/SMS.
