If you have an issue with any supply or animal you have purchased through us, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. Unopened/unused supplies can be returned or exchanged.

Payments in cash, credit card (through Square), PayPal, and Venmo are accepted.

We can offer a payment plan on purchases of more than $200. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on all animals. Please contact us to arrange a payment plan.

We do offer shipping through FedEx overnight. We will work with our customers to ensure that it is a good time to ship all animals and will consult the weather at the origin, destination, and main FedEx Hub before shipping. Pick-up at the buyer's nearest FedEx Customer Hub is preferred. Customers can also arrange to pick up animals at the buyer's location, or at a future show. The health and safety of our animals is our top priority.

We do not sell any animal if it is not in good health. If an animal(s) that was shipped arrives DOA (dead on arrival), please contact the seller within 2 hours of delivery. We will ask for photographs of the packaging and of the deceased animal(s). If an animal arrives sick or injured, or is not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with the buyer to resolve the issue.
