Animals are sold in proper health with genetics & sex as listed. In the event an animal is mis-sexed resolution will be provided; mistakes can be made though this is rarely occurs. GENETICS GUARANTEE: 1. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos we do our best to ID per the pairings however can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes. 2. Recessive / Heterozygous Genes are always FULLY guaranteed as listed. Please note; these are Living Animals. Once an animal leaves a show event or is received from a shipment it is the buyer's responsibility to have proper knowledge of general care as well as requirements & the basic understanding of the animal purchased.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: Buyer must be 18 or older to purchase. Payments may be made via Square through invoice by Credit Card / Debit Card as well as Venmo, Zelle or Cash (pickup only). We do NOT accept PayPal. Invoices sent have a 2-hour hold for payment receipt at which point they will be retracted if no payment is received & further inquiries will be responded to.

We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you are unable to pay in full at the time of inquiry. We do our best to respond to inquiries in the order they are received in. In many cases, multiple individuals are contacting on one listing at the same time. If a deposit is submitted the listing will be marked On Hold & others will be informed the animal(s) are no longer available. If an offer is accepted & requesting a payment plan the initial deposit amount will be 45% of total & follow below structure / conditions. Payment Plan Deposits are 30% down of the total {shipping & animal(s)} requested & are Non-Refundable. *$499 & Under = Due on Receipt; No Deposits *$500-$999 = 30% initial deposit; first installment at 15 days & the balance paid off in 30 days. *$1000 & Over = 30% initial deposit; first installment at 30 days & the balance paid off in 60 days. Plans over 60 days will be case by case discussion. Animals purchased this way will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full. All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any/all money sent. If a person(s) are deemed unfit to take in purchases, if slander or malicious contain is reported & brought to attention online / etc. or if contact becomes of harassing nature a refund less of 30% will be issued on purchases made.

Free Shipping starts on purchase totals $1000 & over! (excludes adults & wholesale) We ship travel to FedEx for drop off Tuesday of each week (weather & payment permitting). In most cases we can & will accommodate Mondays & Wednesdays as well. Please include a ship to Zip Code at the time of contact for a shipping quote. Shipping is done with Ship Your Reptiles through FedEx Priority Overnight to anywhere in the continental US. Our default method of shipping is to your local FedEx Ship Center to be held for pickup as this is the safest option with the shipment of animals. Daytime Temperatures (lows no less than 40 & highs no more than 95). Please Note: We ship to FedEx Hubs for pickup. FEDEX HUB SHIPMENTS: It is the buyer's responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-10am. Live arrival guarantee is void on any packages not picked up within 4 hours of being available for pickup at the hub unless otherwise discussed with seller / provider.
