7 day return policy, anything over 7 days will be case by case basis. If animal is deceased, a refund, replacement, or store credit will be offered also on a case by case basis.

All payments are final and due at time of service. We accept credit/debit, PayPal, Venmo, Cash app, cash, and can Invoice via Square.

Payment plans available on animals over $500. Case by case basis. Requires 50% nonrefundable deposit, next or final payment (no more than 30 days from deposit)must be paid with 24 hours of the predetermined date. If payment is not received, and no contact from buyer, transaction is canceled and the animal is resisted for sale. No exceptions.

We ship Monday-Wednesday weekly, weather permitting. We take a shipping break between mid November - first week of January. This is to ensure no delays on arrival.
