Our Guarantee - The animals come first. We guarantee live arrival on all animals. Animals that arrive as DOAs (Dead on Arrival) will be given the option for a replacement animal of equal value or refund. We try to accurately sex animals to the best of our abilities, but do not guarantee the sex of any animal unless explicitly stated or if it is a proven breeder. Arrival - Any health issues or DOAs must be reported to us within 2 hours of Fed-Ex stated arrival (This is noted on Fed-Ex tracking), with pictures and video. Why? This prevents animals being left in unfit conditions for any duration of time, such as being left in the sun or out in the cold. The animals come first. Payment - Payments are made via Square payment link or invoice. It is very easy and simple to use. Payment plans also available through Afterpay via Square or else 25% (nonrefundable) deposit and paid within 30 days. We also accept PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and most other digital payment methods at our discretion. Shipping - Animals will be shipped via FedEx priority overnight to either recipients residence or FedEx hub (recommended) weather permitting. Our ship dates are Monday-Thursday. We do not ship during significant holidays or if we are notified of potential FedEx delays. The animals come first.
