I don’t have a no refund and return policy. If you are not happy with something I sold you within reason and can prove that you didn’t do any damage to the animal I will likely buy it back from you withing two weeks. Shipping is always at your expense. Buying from me is safe. I will be honest. In the event of a DOA a claim must be made with pictures of the animal within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp noting delivery of the package for home delivery or within 2 hours of the Fed Ex timestamp noting pickup for Hub deliveries. DOA's are extremely rare and we take every available precaution to deliver you a healthy well packaged animal!

Payment can be made via PayPal(friends and family), Venmo.

Payment plans are available for animals over $300. We offer a 30 day payment plan which require a non refundable 50 percent deposit, payments can be made at your convenience within the 30 days. If after 30 days the payment plan is not completed we will give you a 48 hour grace period to render payment in full. For amounts $1000 and up the balance is due no more than 60 days after initial payment. If you fail to pay for your animal in full within the timeframe above, will retain ownership of said animal without refund.

We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays and only for pickup at your nearest Fed Ex Hub. This is the only way to guarantee the animal is safely delivered to you. In the event of an extreme hardship (hub over 30 miles away) we may make an exception but only if weather is near perfect and only at the advice of our shipping agent at Reptiles2You. In the event we do agree to a residential delivery, signature will be required for the rare residential delivery and failure to be present for the first delivery attempt will nullify all live arrival guarantees!
