If you decide you do not want to keep the animal, I require you to ship the animal back and we can discuss either a refund or exchange at my permission.

Due to recent shipping and weather events, we will only be delivering to hub locations. We have all rights to refuse shipping above 80°f and below 40°f, This is to ensure the safety of your animal. If you do not pick up the animal within 30 minutes of it arriving at the hub, this voids our LAG. If there does happen to be an issue with the delivery, we require photos of the animal in the original shipping container as you’ve found it - within 30 minutes. We will offer either a refund or replacement, if you choose to replace the animal it will be at no extra cost.

All animals will be described and photographed to represent the animal as best as possible. This includes and is not limited to things such as; genetics, defects, injuries, and structure. I offer multiple lighting options (outdoors, indoors, lightbox) as capturing a reptile’s true color is insanely difficult. I do not offer any sex guarantee on animals under 6 mo (beardeds) or under 20g (cresteds).
